Developer LifeCare Properties and investment group ERG Enterprises (New Orleans) are planning The Blake at Tyler, a resort-style senior living community in Tyler, Texas.
The 100,000-square-foot community will include more than 100 assisted living and memory care units. The assisted living community will include studio and two- and one-bedroom options. The memory care community will include studio and one-bedroom options.
The project is expected to open in 2023 and will be managed by Blake Management Group (Richmond, Va.).
