The Blake at Biloxi, a new assisted living and memory care community in Biloxi, Miss., is being developed through a partnership by operator Blake Management Group (Jackson, Miss.), management firm Quality Senior Living (Citronelle, Ala.), and private equity firm LongueVue Capital (Metairie, La.).
The 115,000-square-foot community, expected to open in December 2020, will feature 70 assisted living units, with one- or two-bedroom options, and 48 memory care units with studio and deluxe studio units.
Amenities will include a piano bar and lounge, coffee and ice cream shop, salon and spa, on-site therapy services, a chapel, theater room, landscaped courtyards with an outdoor fire pavilion, library, and fitness center.
The project team includes Arrive Architecture Group (architect; Dallas), EBM Group (general contractor; Mobile, Ala.), and Clark Construction (general contractor; McComb, Miss.).
