Pearson Pines Senior Apartments, an affordable senior living community in North Las Vegas, has completed an expansion and renovation, according to ktnv.com.
The project added 61 residential units and renovated 58 existing units.
Nevada Housing and Neighborhood Development (Las Vegas) is the developer and owner of the community.
