Luxury Senior Living Community The Osborn Begins Construction In Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona

The 420,000-square-foot project will house 118 active adult units, 74 independent living and assisted living units, and a 34-unit memory care neighborhood.

Developer Empire Group of Companies (Attleboro, Mass.) and builder Brinkmann Constructors (Scottsdale, Ariz.) have started construction on The Osborn, a new luxury senior living community in Old Town Scottsdale, Ariz., according to yieldpro.com.

The 226-unit, 420,000-square-foot project will house 118 active adult units, 74 independent living and assisted living units, and a 34-unit memory care neighborhood.

Part of a mixed-use development, the project also includes ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces open to the general public. Resident amenities will include a theater, chapel, salon, art studio, casual and upscale dining, an elevated fitness center, a secluded activity deck with outdoor pool, a rooftop deck with panoramic views, and an upper-story indoor-outdoor lounge.

The project team also includes Gensler (Phoenix), which designed the community in collaboration with architect Sydnor (Scottsdale).
