As seniors’ desire for intergenerational living environments continues to grow, owners and operators are responding by bringing new communities to market or renovating and expanding existing ones to support multigenerational living.
At the upcoming 2025 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo, April 26-29 in Lexington, Ky., a variety of sessions will focus on this ever-changing model, sharing recent case studies, best practices and strategies, and how the strategy can address societal issues, college campus integration, and the need for more affordable, mixed-use communities.
Here’s a preview of some of the intergenerational living sessions at the 2025 EFA Conference. For the full schedule and to register, visit environmentsforaging.com.
