Construction of The Leonard on Beverly senior living community has reached the sixth floor in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to the website la.urbanize.city.

The 6-story community will house 80 units for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and short-term stays, as well as 20 guest rooms.

Amenities will include a movie theater, rooftop terrace, and three dining venues—a main restaurant, private dining space, and exhibition kitchen with live cooking demonstrations, according to the community’s website.

A 7,000-square-feet medical office building (MOB) on the ground floor and a 6,000-square-foot synagogue are also planned.

The project team includes architecture and design firm VTBS Architects (Santa Monica, Calif.), real estate developer Black Equities Group (Beverly Hills), and operator Clearwater Living (Newport Beach, Calif.).
