Vi At Bentley Village In Florida To Add Four Residential Buildings

The buildings will house 64 independent living units.

Developer, owner, and management group Vi Senior Living (Chicago) is planning a $92 million redevelopment project at Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, Fla., according to an article in Business Observer.

The project will add four residential buildings that will house 64 independent living units, ranging from 2,400 to 4,500 square feet. Each unit will include a screened-in outdoor balcony, semi-private elevator, two garage spaces for car parking, and one space for golf cart parking.

The project is expected to be completed in early 2024.

The community is also planning a $41 million redevelopment project of its skilled nursing facility and assisted living residences.
