Saint Therese Senior Living (St. Louis Park, Minn.) has received city government approval to expand Saint Therese of Corcoran in Corcoran, Minn., according to a news release.
The project comprises an addition to house 31 new independent living units. The addition will connect to the existing building via an enclosed walkway featuring a family room, kitchen a family room, kitchen, community room, kid’s corner, and conservatory.
Construction is expected to begin construction this summer and be completed by fall 2027.
Pope Design Group (Saint Paul, Minn.) is the architect and interior designer on the project and CBS Construction Services (Champlin, Minn.) is the general contractor.
