Saint Therese Senior Living (St. Louis Park, Minn.) opened Saint Therese of Corcoran in Corcoran, Minn., according to a news release.
The community houses 99 independent living units and will add 34 assisted living units and a 20-unit memory care neighborhood later this year.
Amenities include a wellness center, heated pool, golf simulator, library, theater, outdoor amphitheater, woodworking shop, and chapel.
The project team includes architect Pope Design Group (St. Paul, Minn.) and general contractor CBS Construction Services (Champlin, Minn.).
