River Tower at Harbor’s Edge, a 24-story continuing care retirement community (CCRC) is being planned on the waterfront in Norfolk, Va.
The community will house 147 independent living, assisted living, memory-care, and skilled-care units and more than 90,000 square feet of common space, including a 44-seat theater, library, fitness center, 65,000-foot grand hall, media room, and golf simulator room.
The project team comprises Three (architect; Dallas) and StudioSIX5 (interior design; Austin, Texas).
