Plymouth Harbor, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is planning to expand in Sarasota, Fla., according to businessobserverfl.com.
Situated on 25 acres, the project will include a new 8-story, 115-foot-tall building to house 153 independent living units, as well as fitness and wellness spaces and a new dining venue.
Subject to approval by the City of Sarasota Planning Commission, the project is expected to begin construction in 2027 and open in 2029.
