Builder Toll Brothers (Fort Washington, Pa.) has opened Overlook by Toll Brothers, an intergenerational community in Carmel, N.Y., according to a news release.
The master-planned community consists of 300 luxury single-family homes and townhomes, including options exclusively for active seniors ages 55 and older. The home designs include open-concept floorplans ranging in size from 1,900 to 2,500 square feet with two to three bedrooms.
Amenities include access to a 7,400-square-foot clubhouse with fitness center, pools, and sports courts for pickleball, tennis, and bocce.
