Edgemark Development (Denver) plans to build Desert Hills Senior Living, a new 160-unit community, in Spring Valley, Ariz., according to nevbex.com.
The 4-story, 204,900-square-foot project will comprise 85 independent living units, 50 assisted living suites, and a 25-unit memory care neighborhood.
Independent living will be divided into 40 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom units. Assisted living suites will feature eight studios, 27 one-bedroom units, and 15 two-bedroom units. Fifteen studios and 10 one-bedroom units will make up the memory care neighborhood.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a bar, theater, fitness and therapy area, art studio, library, pool and spa, rooftop terraces, and courtyards.
CBTWO Architects (Salem, Ore.) is the architect on the project, with S2 Design Studio (Henderson, Nev.) serving as landscape architect.
