Liberty Senior Living (Wilmington, N.C.) broke ground on an continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Raleigh, N.C., according to the website wral.com.
Situated on 7 acres, Hayes Barton Place will include 214 independent living homes.
Plans also call for 50,000 square feet of common spaces, casual and fine dining venues, a pub, library, billiards room, card room, art studio, media room, salon and spa, and fitness center with an indoor saltwater pool and hot tub.
The CCRC is scheduled to open in 2024.
