Town & Country, a Santa Ana, Calif.-based nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC), has completed a new two-story memory care community.

The 50,564-square-foot Grace Gardens includes 48 private and semi-private studio units, which are divided into four neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has a living room, great room, and a therapeutic kitchen where residents can cook and share meals. The neighborhoods surround a 3,000-square-foot central garden with walking paths.

The project team included Hochhauser & Blatter Architecture & Planning (architect; Santa Barbara, Calif.) and C.W. Driver Companies (builder; Pasadena, Calif.)
