Azola Avery Centre, a three-story senior living community with 359 units, is being planned in Round Rock, Texas. The community will be part of The Avery Centre a 1,200-acre, master-planned community, which includes Texas A&M University Health Science Center and Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital, according to the website rew-online.com.

The project will be a joint venture of ZOM Living (Dallas), a luxury multifamily developer, and CP Capital (New York, N.Y.), a real estate manager specializing in multifamily investments.

Residents will have access to a clubhouse with a game room, co-working space and resident lounge, demonstration kitchen, fitness center, and pet spa. A dog park, on-site pocket parks, yoga lawn, resort-style swimming pool and deck with cabanas, barbecue grills, outdoor kitchen area, and a fire pit are also planned.

The project is scheduled to break ground in January 2023, with construction expected to be completed in 2025. Residential units will open in phases beginning in 2024.
