Home builder Tri Pointe Homes (Raleigh, N.C) is planning Altis at Serenity, a 55+ active adult senior living community in Fuquay-Varina, N.C.
The project will be as part of the 550-acre master-planned Serenity development by Greenfield Communities (Raleigh) and will include 425 residential homes.
Models will range in size from 1,200 to 2,527 square feet and feature two- and three-bedroom options.
Amenities will include fitness centers, resort-style pools, clubhouses, and 220 acres of outdoor space including, creeks, wetlands, and trails.
The senior living community is expected to open in spring 2025 and marks the fourth community by Tri Pointe’s Altis brand.
