Nestor Senior Village Affordable Community Opens In San Diego

Nonprofit housing developer National Core (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) celebrated a grand opening for Nestor Senior Village in San Diego, according to the website countynewscenter.com.

Situated adjacent to owner Nestor United Methodist Church (San Diego), the community serves 55+ seniors experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

The community comprises 73 units, some of which are designated for those in need of mental health services, and 4,000 square feet of amenity space, including a community room and outdoor courtyard with seating.
