AM Affordable Housing (Coconut Grove, Fla.), a nonprofit organization, and developer Housing Trust Group (Coconut Grove) opened Tucker Tower, a new 62+ affordable senior living community in Miami, according to the website cbsnews.com.
The eight-story community houses 120 units, including a mix of one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 600 square feet to 895 square feet. The residential units include energy-efficient appliances, modern fixtures, and vinyl plank flooring.
Residents have access to a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, library, and multipurpose theater room.
