Vita New Whiteland, a 62+ affordable senior living community in New Whiteland, Ind., plans to open in April, according to the website dailyjournal.net.
The community will include two residential buildings housing 130 independent living units, 112 assisted living units, and 40 memory care units. Assisted living units will come in studio, one-, and two-bedroom options, and independent living units will include one and two-bedroom models.
Residents will have access to a beauty/barber shop, library, gym, wellness areas, courtyard, walking paths, dog wash station, and pickleball and bocce ball courts.
