Thrive Senior Living (Atlanta) is planning to open The International at Aventura in Aventura, Fla., an independent living, assisted living and memory care community.
The project will include 160 residential units with balconies and is expected to open in early 2024.
Amenities will include a pool, movie theater, art studio, massage room, athletic center, sculpture garden, social court, and various dining options including a bar and bistro.
The community is being developed by Rieber Development (Aventura).
