Developer Blue Sky Communities (St. Petersburg, Fla.) broke ground on Bear Creek Commons, an affordable senior living community in west St. Petersburg, according to the website wtsp.com. (For more on affordable senior living communities, go here.)
The project comprises one building with 85 residential units, including 47 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and 38 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
Amenities will include a fitness room, game room, and outdoor recreation space.
Bear Creek Commons is expected to be completed in fall 2024.
