The Gary Residence, a senior living community in Montpelier, Vt., is planning a new memory care neighborhood on its campus, according to the website montpelierbridge.org.
The 11,300-square-foot Clara’s Garden Memory Care will include 15 units.
The project team includes GBA Architecture and Planning (architect; Montpelier) and DeWolfe Engineering Associates (engineer consultant; Montpelier).
The memory care wing is slated to open in fall 2023.
