Sarasota Suncoast Community Church (Sarasota, Fla.) is planning its first foray into senior living with the building of 81 Oaks, a 98-unit assisted living and memory care community, according to the website sarasotamagazine.com.
Situated on 81 acres, the two-story intergenerational community will be located adjacent to the organization’s church and a school.
Amenities will include a movie theater, spa and fitness center, bistro, private dining room, bar, and multifunctional event rooms. Outdoor spaces will include a lake, wooded areas, walking trails, secure courtyards, and a gazebo.
The project team comprises Lawson Group Architects (architect; Sarasota) and Wiseman Construction (general contractor; Sarasota).
