The design team includes architect LifeBUILT Architecture LLC (Kennesaw, Ga.) and interior designer Interior Design Associates (Nashville, Tenn.). The team focused on creating a sense of well-being and care, complemented by resort-style amenities.
The community offers proximity to golf courses, medical centers, dining, art, and entertainment-inspired culinary options. On-site, it offers a diverse selection of social and recreational opportunities for residents and guests, too.

The 93,249-square-foot community includes multiple dining venues, outdoor pool, art studio and gallery, theater, music room, and Bogey’s Cigar and Scotch Lounge. Spa W presents offers nurturing light and salt therapies alongside a fitness and physical therapy center.
Outside the community, residents have access to gardening stations, lush lawns, putting green, and illuminated walking paths among ponds and arbors.
