Morning Pointe Senior Living (Ooltewah, Tenn.) has completed Phase 1 at Morning Pointe of Hardin Valley, in Knoxville, Tenn., according to an article in Oak Ridger.
The project includes a 65,000-square-foot community with 77 assisted living units and 20 memory care units.
Amenities include a fireside living room, therapy room, beauty/barber shop, and restaurant-style dining.
Two additional phases will add an independent living community and a dedicated Alzheimer’s memory care facility.
