Sunrise Senior Living (McLean, Va.) expanded its footprint with the addition of two new assisted living and memory care communities in Mountain Lakes, N.J., and Redwood City, Calif.
In addition to residential units, Sunrise of Mountain Lakes features a wellness suite and a variety of outdoor amenity spaces, including a walking path with a gazebo, pergola, various outdoor seating areas, and direct access to nearby lakes.
Sunrise of Redwood City, which has a Spanish-influenced design, offers 56 assisted living units, 19 memory care units, and 17 terrace club units, which are designed for seniors with early to moderate memory loss but who don’t require full memory care support.
