Situated on 6 acres, Santianna will include a full-service restaurant, indoor/outdoor bar and lounge, barbeque, firepit, swimming pool and spa, wine cave, salon and massage studio, wellness and fitness centers, bocce ball and pickleball courts, activity room, art studio, movie theater, bistro, library, gardens, and pet park.
It is scheduled to open this spring.
