Developer and senior living operator Solera Senior Living (Denver) and developer Condor Partners (Chicago) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Evanston, Ill., according to an article in Evanston Now.
The $75 million, nine-story Trulee Evanston includes 163 units.
Residents have access to an outdoor deck with seating areas, outdoor bar, and fire pit; ninth-floor skyline club; café; art studio; fitness center; and salon.
