Sunrise Senior Living (McLean, Va.) has completed a 151-unit, 15-story luxury community in New York. The project includes assisted living and memory care, with health care services provided by Northwell Health (Great Neck, N.Y).
The community was developed in partnership with international real estate firm Hines (Houston) and real estate investment trust Welltower Inc. (Toledo, Ohio).
The project team comprises SLCE Architects (architect; New York) and Champalimaud Design (interior design; New York).
