Solvere Living (St. Petersburg, Fla.) is planning a new 62+ independent living community as part of a 75-acre mixed-use development in Lake Charles, La., according to an article in American Press.
The four-story, 70,000-square-foot The Villages of Imperial Pointe will include 129 units with one- and two-bedroom options ranging from 700 to 1,150 square feet.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, bistro bar and lounge, club room with bar, fitness center and yoga studio, and an event center. Outdoor spaces will offer a courtyard area, landscaped grounds, large putting green and shuffleboard court, and outdoor grill house and dining area.
