Hickory Trail Estates is being planned for Iowa City, Iowa, according to an article in The Gazette.
Situated on 8.85 acres, the 120-unit community will include a single-story memory care unit; two-story main section for dining, common areas, and administrative areas; and a three-story assisted living unit.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
The project team includes Nelson Construction and Development (construction; Des Moines, Iowa).
