Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) and DMK Development Group (Louisville, Ky.) are planning a new assisted living and memory care facility in Paducah, Ky., according to an article in The Paducah Sun.
The $14 million community will include 56 assisted living and 25 memory care units, a bistro, multiple dining areas, activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, and fitness center.
Construction is slated to begin in the fall and be completed in 2022.
