Monarch Communities (Hooksett, N.H.) and XSS Hotels (Hooksett) are planning to repurpose the Framingham Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center into a senior living community and hotel in Framingham, Mass., according to an article in MetroWest Daily News.

The project will include 120 assisted living and memory care units with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options on the first, third, and fifth floors. Memory care units will occupy the second floor with dedicated amenities, including a porch and activity space that overlooks the main entry courtyard.

A first-floor pub and dining space, exterior patio, salon, and fitness and wellness facilities are also planned.
