Property management company Wynnefield Properties (Jamestown, N.C.) has opened a new 55+ affordable senior living community in Albemarle, N.C., according to an article in The Stanly News & Press.
The three-story Uwharrie Trail Apartments includes 80 units in one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Each unit includes a kitchen, at least one bathroom, washer and dryer, and living room.
The community also houses a communal kitchen, fitness center, and multipurpose room.
