Developer Columbia Residential (Atlanta) has completed construction of a 62+ affordable senior living community at Columbia Renaissance Square in Fort Worth, Texas, according to an article in Fort Worth Business Press. The Phase 2 expansion includes a three-story, 95,015-square-foot community with 120 units; Phase 1 comprised 140 units, 85 percent of which were affordable.
The new residential units are available as one- and two-bedroom floorplans with full-size kitchens and separate dining areas. Amenities include a clubhouse community room with a catering kitchen, business center, fitness center, wellness room, theater room, bike and walking pathways, and landscaped gazebo and courtyard.
The project team comprises JHP Architecture (designer; Dallas) and KWA Construction (general contractor; Dallas).
