The Springs Living (McMinnville, Ore.) is planning an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Vancouver, Wash.
The 12-story Springs at The Waterfront will include 250 units with a mix of floorplans. Residents will have access to amenities including a spa and wellness center, indoor pool, and multiple dining venues.
The community will be part of Gramor Development’s (Tualatin, Ore.) mixed-use waterfront development that includes restaurants, winery tasting rooms, and a half-mile waterfront path.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2022 and a grand opening is slated for the first half of 2024.
