The LCS Family of Companies (Des Moines, Iowa) announced the groundbreaking of The Delaney at The Green in Florham, N.J.
The community will house 128 independent living, 58 assisted living, and 34 memory care units.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, including a pub, private dining rooms, and a bistro. Other amenities will include two multipurpose rooms, a club room/library, wellness area with fitness center, theater/classroom, and arts and crafts studio.
LCS Development (Des Moines) is the design firm on the project, which is expected to be completed by March 2023.
