Cadence Living (Scottsdale, Ariz.) is building a new assisted living, independent living, and memory care community in Chandler, Ariz., according to an article in Community Impact.
Situated on 7.7 acres, the 206,283-square-foot project will feature 191 units with studio, one-, and two-bedroom options.
Amenity spaces will include multiple dining venues, a theater, art studio, swimming pool, and fitness center, while outside the community will feature walking paths and raised garden beds.
The $46 million project is slated to open in October 2021.
