Sunshine Retirement Living is slated to open a new senior assisted living and memory care community in Fountain Valley, Calif.
Called Park View Estates, the project will feature 145 units with a mix of studio, studio-deluxe, and one-bedroom options. Amenities include a hair salon, library, movie theater, fitness center, game room, and computer center.
The project is expected to open in October.
