United Properties Breaks Ground On 55+ Community In Minnesota

The five-story, 133-unit project will connect to a neighboring United community to give residents access to additional amenities.

Commercial property investment company United Properties (Minneapolis) has broken ground on a 55+ independent living rental community, in Bloomington, Minn.

ThePOINTE Bloomington community will have five stories and 133 units. A clubhouse, outdoor pool, art studio, fitness studio, workshop, and outdoor kitchen will also be added. An enclosed connection to Cherrywood Pointe, a neighboring United Properties-owned senior living community, is also being planned to give residents access to additional amenities, including Cherrywood Pointe’s pub and dining room.
