Harmony Senior Services (Charleston, S.C.) is planning a new senior living community in Dover, Del., according to an article in the Dover Post.
The project, Harmony at Kent, will offer 195 units, including 86 independent living units, 71 assisted living units, and a secured memory care wing.
The community, slated for completion in summer 2021, also will include a theater, cafe, and hair salon.
