Provision Living (St. Louis) has opened an assisted living and memory care community in Washington, Mo., according to an article in Missourian.
The one-story, 38,000-square-foot Oak Pointe of Washington can accommodate up to 65 residents and features studio and one- and two-bedroom assisted living units and memory care studio units.
Amenities include a dining room, salon, on-site rehabilitation center, enclosed courtyard, and secured courtyard for memory care.
