Rose Senior Living (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) and developer Edward Rose & Sons (Bloomfield Hills) are planning a new community in Farmington Hills, Mich., according to an article in C&G Newspapers.
The community will be situated on 15.6 acres that currently house the Sisters of Mercy Catholic’s Mercy Center, which will be torn down, along with five other buildings on the site, to make room for 207 assisted living units. A 500-seat chapel on the site will be preserved and repurposed for 27 memory care units.
The project is expected to break ground in summer 2021 and open in early 2023
