Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC; Lincoln, Neb.) is planning to break ground on a new community in Wellington, Fla., for residents age 55+.
The $30 million Palomino Gardens will feature one- and two-bedroom units, as well as an in-house bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon.
The community is slated to open in 2021.
