Senior living and retirement nonprofit company National Church Residences has plans to open a rental senior living community in Columbus, Ohio.
The mid-rise community will have 62 one-and two-bedroom units and amenities, including a fitness center, wellness suite, and a community room with kitchen and social space.
The project team includes Berardi + Partners (architect; Columbus). Construction is expected to start in summer 2021 with the community slated to open in 2022.
