Senior housing developer New Millennium Senior Living Communities (Roanoke, Va.) and developer Frye Development, LLC (Norfolk, Va.) have plans for a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Williamsburg, Va., according to an article in Williamsburg Yorktown Daily.
The project, Ford’s Bluff, will be situated on 180 acres. Amenities will include pedestrian paths, a clubhouse with pool, dining areas, and a firepit.
