Goodwin Living (Alexandria, Va.) has started construction on Goodwin House Seminary Road, a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Alexandria, according to thezebra.org.
The $360 million project is set to deliver 257 units across two towers, with amenities including a saltwater pool, art studios, and pickleball courts.
The community is scheduled to open in 2029.
