MorningStar Senior Living (owner/operator; Englewood, Colo.) and Investcor Development (developer; Austin, Texas) have started construction on MorningStar Senior Living at Creekside in San Tan Valley, Ariz., according to a news release.
The 94,810-square-foot project comprises a 2-story community with 117 residences, including 89 assisted living units and a 28-unit memory care neighborhood. The community is being developed on a nearly 6-acre site.
Planned amenities include indoor and outdoor dining venues, a salon, fitness center, game room, library, and landscaped courtyards with a dog park.
Komo Architecture (Hendersonville, N.C.) is the architect on the project.
The community is expected to open in 2028.
