MorningStar Senior Living At The Canyons, Las Vegas
MorningStar Senior Living at The Canyons in Las Vegas brings luxury senior living to the urban Summerlin residential area and fills a need for independent living, assisted living, and memory care where few communities exist.
Opened in July 2024, the 193,000-square-foot community boasts views of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Strip.
Design prioritizes inclusivity, connection
The community’s open-concept grand lobby welcomes residents with a cozy fireplace and inviting living room-style seating, fostering social interaction.
Adjacent to the lobby is the bistro, offering a space to enjoy morning coffee, a newspaper, or an evening glass of wine with friends. The bistro and lobby flow effortlessly into the elegant independent living dining room, while a nearby multipurpose theater hosts movies, lectures, and events.
Residential offerings include 49 assisted living units, 24 memory care units, and 95 independent living units.
